  1. My keyboard was dropping keystrokes. I tried two new pair of batteries. No luck. If it's not batteries, it means something is interfering. I walked around unplugging things. It was my dehumidifier, in the "full bucket" state. I emptied the bucket. My keyboard works now.

        And now I will have schroedinger batteries sitting on my desk for a month -- are they good, or are they bad? Will we ever know?
