      In the past, I just made stuff up & did the same workout every time. This year I decided to add structure, & I bought the "high performance lifting" plan from @JasonFitz1. I figured structure couldn't hurt, & it maybe it would maybe keep me invested since I had to pay for it.

    Well I am in week 7 of the plan and I REALLY LIKE STRENGTH TRAINING NOW I look forward to every Tuesday and Friday early morning. I have no problems putting myself to bed early enough to get up at 5:15. I'm having fun learning about olympic lifts, which I'd never done before.

            The two significant takeaways for me: When I want to do something but find myself not doing it... 1. Pay for guidance from someone who's put a lot of time/thought into guiding others. 2. Despite your soul deeply fighting the very idea of structure, add structure.
