It was mostly an uninspiring experiment. I didn't feel like my life had turned around. I did have a great week, but I blame that mostly on being in the Florida sun with my family. We saw dolphins, and went boogie boarding! Do kids still call it that?Permalink On twitter.com

I didn't uninstall anything. I still got notifications, I just tried hard to ignore them. Mostly it was easy. But @Twitter ... Holy geez, do they prey on Fomo. I'm not sure if they ramp up the notifications when you're not using the app, or if it was just more noticeable. Yuck.Permalink On twitter.com

I replaced a lot of my mindless scrolling time with reading the news. I definitely don't think that was great for my psyche, but I'm like super informed now! Did you know our president used to be on a reality show???!!! And they change like every four years or so???? Wow!!Permalink On twitter.com
