        @stevejxsn @samjonester The team might already care about fixing the build, and not need the fear. These are the situations I'm most worried about.

          @stevejxsn @samjonester But it wasn't until this thread that I realized that shaming probably comes from a place of wanting the team to care about fixing the build.
