Over 3500 miles total! Nearly 600 more than last year -- this is because I focused more on my bike than my run. Last year I ran a marathon & a couple half marathons; this year I didn't even run a half.Permalink On twitter.com

Significantly more elevation gain this year! This is again because I spent a lot more time on the bike -- and more specifically, I spent a lot of time on the bike on Zwift climbing virtual mountains. (That's why the elevation is way higher in the winter months.)Permalink On twitter.com

Narrowing it down to individual disciplines -- my running was WAY down. 550 miles this year, compared to about 900 last year. Again, I did more long-distance events last year. I can also feel this -- when I just want to do something, I reach for the bike, not the running shoes.On twitter.com
