@kylewelch The only challenge I remember is that I initially tried to make multiple smaller cakes at once, around the edges. That always ended in a bunch of half-cooked pancakes. Now I do one big one at a time, in the middle of the pan, with lots of butter. The crisp is :chefskiss:.

@kylewelch Sometimes I throw some pecans around the edges of the pan while the pancakes are cooking, so they get nice and buttery & roasted by the time the cakes are done. 10/10 highly recommended.
