        1. A friendly reminder that UX and quality matter. I spent a good amount of time today calming and consoling a 9 year old 4th grader who tried many times unsuccessfully to submit her final remote assignment for the week, but was unable due to poor UX & quality of her LMS.

        PS LMS's are a dumpster fire. They get a lot of venom but seriously - how can you blame them or the companies that build them? There is **zero money** in education. Why would anyone build something to sell to clients who can't even afford supplies for their employees?

      Some day maybe we'll spend money on **people** instead of tunnels that enable VC angels to get to their meetings downtown faster in their fancy cars so that some guy can get to mars before he dies to build his cult on a planet without rules.
