@knitcodemonkey I find the time ranges irritating, too. Sure, it COULD take me 4 hours, if I had solid experience in every piece of their exact tech stack, and if I wanted to impress them by doing the bare minimum... But 9 times out of 10 I'm looking more at the 16 hour end of the range.
