    @garyfleming We're close on a lot of this. I still think we're using different language - mental model to me doesn't refer to the shared understanding we have as a team (& that's fine & I might be wrong!). I agree with ~90% of what you're saying, and think I've said it with different words.

        @garyfleming - Something about telling individuals how to think about a problem triggers my autonomy sensors. Let's share goals, share code conventions, share language...but requiring me to approach a problem the same way as you feels like micromanagement to me.
