    @swyx @lesliecdubs @Coding_Career I'm a heavy +1 on the values of pairing, even (and especially) when not already stuck on a problem. One suggestion about that paragraph: it leans toward the suggestion that pairing holds value the *junior* half. I find nearly as much value for the senior half of the pair.

      @swyx @lesliecdubs @Coding_Career And honestly, sometimes it's hard to tell who the junior/senior halves of the pair even ARE in a situation. I've paired with devs with significantly less than my 20 years of experience, and learned techniques, tools, context, strategies, etc from all of them.
