@ATTHelp my internet has been dropping about 30 times a day for the last week. Very short drops, for less than a minute each time, but the broadband light on my router goes red. I have two remote employees and two virtual students in my house and flaky internet is not fun. Help!Permalink On twitter.com

I've run the diagnostics tools on your site and apps and they always pass...because my internet is up. But when my internet goes down, I can't get to your site or apps to identify what might actually be down so🤷♀️On twitter.com

As far as I can tell there is *no way* to talk to a person through your site, and no phone numbers listed. I found a support number on a bill, but it just directed me to run the same diagnostics that don't find any problems.Permalink On twitter.com
