@garyfleming @ruby_gem Big +1 on the second half of number 2. Having a code of conduct but not being ready to enforce it is worse than not having a code of conduct. It creates a false sense of confidence. Like the painted bike lanes in my neighborhood, which everyone drives in to pass turning cars.On twitter.com
