I get neck and shoulder pain from turning when I've had bigger/more monitors. It works well and looks nice, but I'm just using it for coding and video calls.

      @JoseGonz321 And I'm not sure about the lighting! I'll try to find out. I don't much care for these specific lights; it's just that having them under the shelves makes a huge difference for lighting my face during calls.
