@searls @nmeans If you're already a team with strong testing, candidates can learn it. Your team probably has other areas it lacks, and you'd want to hire someone who fills those gaps. A team weak on quality/testing would want to list testing as a requirement, to help the team improve there.Permalink On twitter.com
