    @searls @nmeans I think you're both right, in different context. It makes me feel like the things that should be listed as *requirements* are the skills your team is lacking, and wants to add - not the skills your team already has.

      @searls @nmeans If you're already a team with strong testing, candidates can learn it. Your team probably has other areas it lacks, and you'd want to hire someone who fills those gaps. A team weak on quality/testing would want to list testing as a requirement, to help the team improve there.
